- Familiarity with the geology of East Kazakhstan (Theoretical course)
Second and third week:
- Training a progress of electrical exploration research using the resistance method.
- Learning to interpret the results of electrical exploration research using the resistance method.
- Familiarity with software products for the development of Geographic Information System (GIS) for Geology and mining (QGIS, MapIinfo, ArcGIS, Micromine).
- Training in the integration of electrical exploration research data using the resistance method in a GIS environment (using software products (QGIS, MapIinfo, ArcGIS, Micromine)).
Forth week:
- Practical exercises on conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method.
Fifth week:
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within the development of Paleozoic sedimentary strata.
Sixth week:
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within the territories with the development of Permian granitoids.
Seventh week:
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within the territories with the development of tectonically dislocated rocks of the Irtysh heat of collapse.
Eighth week:
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within the territories with the development of a powerful cover of Cenozoic deposits.
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within ore deposits.
Tenth week:
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within the limits of underground mining and accumulations of technogenic mineral formations.
Eleventh week:
- Conducting electrical exploration researches using the resistance method within the territories with the development of thick strata of Quaternary alluvial deposits
Twelfth Week:
- Preparing a report
- Presentation of an internship report.
